Learn beginner handbuilding skills in a fun and laid back environment. You will learn coil building and create your own vessel inspired by the shapes found in ancient pottery. Afterwards your pieces is glazed and fired for you and will be ready for pick up in approximately 3 weeks.
$85 includes all materials, glazing, firing, and one drink.

“Build Your Own Ancient Vessel”- SIP & MAKE
Learn beginner hand-building with Courtney Hunter from The Waight
In this class you will build a ceramic vase without using a potter's wheel. You will learn coil and pinch techniques that have been used for centuries and create your very own. You will then get the chance to decorate and paint your creation with underglazes, all while sipping wine. Classes will be intimate and fun, with a max group size of 10.

Seattle Restored Collective Market, 1503 5th Ave (Downtown)
$65 includes materials to build and decorate your own vase. Pieces will be fired and glazed for you after the class and then ready for pick up in 3 weeks. This is an introductory price as the class is new. Wine and snacks will be provided.
